PRE-TREATMENT

Pre-treatment is the main water purification process. All types of wastewater treatment plants require this basic step to move forward. The purpose of the pre-treatment is to physically remove the most insoluble solids to reduce the load of contaminants. We offer a variety of filtration technologies, including back-washable filters that remove chemicals, metals, gases, and particulate matter.

IRON REMOVAL SYSTEM

Our Iron Removal System is equipped with a highly adsorptive filter to entice even the last bubbles of iron-containing substances into the water to produce clear, healthy water. It offers this technology from the very high to the low iron range. For the problem caused due to high iron, we are the sole distributor of this medium, building a plant using a special medium called DMI65. DMI65 is an injected technique, not just a surface coating technique, unlike other water filter media that eliminates the possibility of high levels of iron in the water stream. If iron problems are not very high, it is advised to use manganese dioxide or zeolite to remove iron impurities. Our used filter media, compounds, and FRP tanks are efficient and durable. Our iron removal system is suitable for residential facilities such as apartments, and housing as well as educational facilities such as schools, universities, hotels, resorts, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and industries.

REVERSE OSMOSIS

Reverse Osmosis System is the process for separating particles dissolved in water, such as salt. It removes particle residues and neutralizes the taste. These systems use semipermeable membranes to filter dissolved contaminants and solids based on the water pressure applied to the membrane. They can remove up to 98 percent of pollutants from water. We offer a variety of under-the-sink or Point of Use (POU) units as well as home-wide reverse osmosis systems or Point of Entry (POE) systems.

WATER SOFTENERS

A water softener must be used in the water treatment system to prevent faucet stains and treat hard water. Water softeners containing basic cationic resin or fine mesh resin can be used to reduce the hardness of water, which is common, especially in well water. It softens water by removing large amounts of discoloring elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron, and manganese.

FILTRATION SYSTEM

Filtration is an important step in water treatment. Filtration in water treatment completely removes solid particles from the water. This can be groundwater, surface water, or even pretreated wastewater. These processes in water treatment have clear goals. It is to provide the right water quality for a particular industrial application. Media-based filtration works by the media, creating a barrier against the passage of suspended solids and absorbing some compounds contained in the liquid. Membrane filtration includes ultrafiltration and reverses osmosis, which can retain various types of ions and allow pure water to flow. It also uses a filter cartridge that acts as a protective barrier to hold solids and particles upstream.

DISINFECTION

Though the water may look very clear, it can consist of bacteria & other pathogenic microorganisms which are harmful. That’s why the disinfection stage is a must step to incorporate. FloWater covers a range of UV lights, filters, chlorination, and ozonation systems. These systems sterilize water by eliminating or killing pathogenic biological matter. As per the ECR97 guideline, in the sewage treatment plant, the number of Total Coliform per 100ml should be 1000 after disinfecting. We design our plant to ensure that it meets the limit of the guideline.
