Columbia Washing Plant

Columbia Washing Plant, a sister concern of M&J Group, is located in Membarbari, Bhabanipur, Gazipur, Dhaka, and generates wastewater from various sources, including black water, grey water, and kitchen water. To address this issue, the facility has installed a highly efficient Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with a capacity of 135 KLD. The STP uses a Completely Biological process with Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Technology to treat the wastewater effectively. This technology is highly effective in removing pollutants and ensuring that the treated water is safe to be released into the environment. With the installation of this state-of-the-art STP, Columbia Washing Plant is minimizing its environmental impact and ensuring a sustainable future for its operations.
